Following our participation at LogiMAT Germany in March, Maxlion showcased at the 137th Canton Fair and LogiMAT China in Shenzhen. In April, we proudly made our first appearance on the 2024 China Forklift Manufacturer Ranking, securing No. 36 — the only new entrant this year.

 Zhejiang Maxlion: A Rising Star Debuts at No. 36

The list is based on annual sales revenue from five major categories of powered industrial vehicles (excluding semi-electric stackers and manual pallet trucks), with a threshold of RMB 65 million.

In 2024, China’s forklift sales reached 1.29 million units, a 9.52% YoY increase. Electric forklifts accounted for 73.61%, up 18.79% from the previous year, showing the industry's clear shift toward greener and smarter technologies.

MAXLION Brand and Export Performance

Te MAXLION brand has been officially registered in China, the US, the EU, Australia, Turkey, and more. After completing the full acquisition of the Manli in 2024, export data was consolidated. Exports now account for over 90% of sales, with major markets in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia earning MAXLION the classification of a "Type D" export enterprise.

Industrial Upgrade: New Factory Launch in 2025

In June 2024, Maxlion secured industrial land in Haining High-Tech Zone. Construction of the new facility began in July, with a total investment of RMB 120 million and a land area of 20,000 sqm. The factory is expected to begin operations in May 2025, with an annual capacity of 8,000 new energy and specialized forklifts.

Originally founded as Zhejiang Maximal Import & Export Co., Ltd., Maxlion now has 80+ employees, including 15 engineers, and holds 18 national patents. Over half the core team has 15+ years of industry experience across design, manufacturing, after-sales, and OEM services.

Maxlion at the 137th Canton Fair: Showcasing Innovation and Li-ion Power

From April 15 to 19, Maxlion participated in the 137th Canton Fair, capturing attention with four exciting days of exhibition highlights. The first three days saw heavy traffic, with many visitors drawn to our booth by the modern, streamlined design of our electric forklifts and their distinctive LED blue lighting.

Among the models on display, our li-ion forklifts stood out as the most popular, attracting significant interest — including on-site test drives by many international buyers.

At this Canton Fair, Maxlion shows the latest li-ion forklifts with upgraded configurations (see below image):

 LogiMAT China (Shenzhen) in April

On April 24-26, LogiMAT China 2025 was opened in Halls 7 & 8 of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC). As the world's leading internal logistics solutions and process management exhibition, this exhibition takes "AI, Specialists, Sustainability" as its core concept, bringing together nearly 300 global leading companies to fully display cutting-edge technologies such as intelligent warehousing, automated handling, robot applications and low-carbon logistics equipment, bringing a technological feast to the forklift and logistics industry.

We showcased Maxlion latest li-ion electric forklift for international clients.On the second day of LogiMAT, we were also interviewed by the professional forklift media (China Forklift). They wrote, “Maxlion is attending LogiMAT China 2025 in Shenzhen for the first time, but they already have a clear strategy for targeting the overseas market and this time they are showcasing their X series li-ion product.”
