New Upgrade on Maxlion ICE Forklifts and Li-ion Forklifts

This May, Maxlion introduced significant upgrades to both our internal combustion engine (ICE) and li-ion battery forklifts, enhancing both performance and operator experience.

ICE Forklift — Side Panel Enhancement

We redesigned the side panels of our ICE forklifts with a modern, curved aesthetic and reinforced structural integrity.

Before vs. After: The new design offers improved durability and a sleeker appearance—combining function with form.

Li-ion Forklift — Feature Upgrades

Our Li-ion models also received multiple enhancements to improve safety, usability, and comfort:

s   40% stronger cold-rolled stamped overhead guard

s   8000-lumen waterproof dual-beam LED headlights

s   Premium 1.25mm Japanese PVC seat for superior ergonomic support

s   Full-color TFT dashboard displaying SOC/SOH, motor status, and fault diagnostics

These upgrades were previewed at the April Canton Fair, where they drew considerable interest from industry visitors.

Looking ahead, as construction progresses on our new manufacturing facility, we anticipate greater capacity for innovation and refinement in every detail of our forklift production.
