From First Appearance to Solid Progress

In March last year, Maxlion made its first appearance in Germany as a new brand, meeting many professional agents and buyers and taking a confident step into the global market.

Now, after one year of continuous effort, Maxlion has achieved another milestone: The new factory has been successfully put into operation in August 2025, welcoming customers and partners for on-site visits.

 Maxlion Launches First Unit from New Coating Production Line

On 7 January, Maxlion marked the roll-off of the first unit from its newly commissioned coating production line, representing a further step in the company’s manufacturing upgrade.

The new integrated powder coating line is designed with a daily capacity of up to 100 units and incorporates several automated process modules, including online shot blasting and automatic powder coating. The system aims to improve coating consistency and production efficiency.

The line is equipped with a Junhe powder coating booth from Zhongshan and Gema spray guns from Switzerland. These configurations are intended to support precise application and stable coating quality throughout the production process.

At present, the production line has completed its transition for mast coating. The system will be gradually expanded to include truck frame coating in the next phase.

The commissioning of the coating line forms part of Maxlion’s ongoing automation and capacity enhancement efforts. The new line is expected to meet its planned annual output target of 5,000 units.
